"Mama" Puck (He/They/Woof 2-Spirit) is a 34-year-old Blackfoot/Cherokee Native American and Mexican POC Pup from San Antonio, Texas.
He first wandered into the dog park in 2009 through the National Leather Association and the Misfits at the Ripcord of Montrose in Houston. For fourteen years he has trained and worked as a community service pup advocating for LGBTQIA+ rights and social justice.
In addition to establishing consistency amongst American critter groups, he has fought and advocated for HIV/AIDS awareness, mental health wellness and social services resource allocation.
In 2021, he founded the San Antonio Kennel Klub, on the basic tenets of visibility, inclusion, charity, and education.
Puck has competed at the International Puppy Trainer Contest in Chicago, IL in 2023 and sits on the Boards of the San Antonio Kennel Klub, Texas Puppy Club & the San Antonio Chapter of the National Leather Association-International with the goals of re-making our Community more accessible and equitable.
Puck is also a proud member of the House of Iron, giving visibility and support to the largest indigenous leather house in North America and proud co-owner of local San Antonio street wear brand, ALPHAbeta Apparal.
